One of our Favourite TED talks: The Surprising Science of Motivation by Daniel Pink

Today on TED blog there is a list of the 20 most watched TED talks so far and we were not surprised to see the The Surprising Science of Motivation – Daniel Pink come in at number 11.

This is one of the NeuroCapability team’s  favourite TED talks.  Pink really challenges old ideas about monetary based rewards and incentives.  These new ideas are a key part of how we help clients redesign their own incentive programs to become more about performance enhancement than performance management.  These ideas are capturing the attention of our clients with Linda delivering her Re-thinking Performance Management: Don’t mention the word feedback  tomorrow.

We hope you can take a moment to revisit Daniel Pink’s excellent TED talk.
